Bulongkol Lake also known as Baisha Mountain (white Sand Mountain) is located in the Pamir Plateau Mountains , about 150Kms from Kashgar city. It is located next to the Karakoram Highway, so it is one of the must stop spot on the way to Karakul lake and Tashkorgan.
If we talk about lakes, the lakes in the Pamir Plateau are really comparable to those in Tibet. And it’s cleaner and more approachable.
