A friendly English-speaking guide will welcome you at Hanghzou airport when you land there, then transfer you to your hotel by private car. In the evening, you are suggested to watch a night show in Hangzhou, such as the West Lake Impression Show-Enduring Memories of Hangzhou, the Romance of Song Dynasty show or the Night of West Lake Show.
Pick up from your midtown hotel in Hangzhou and head to a wharf at West Lake for boat cruise.West Lake is surrounded by hills on its three sides, with an area of about 6.5 square kilometers. Finish your cruise at the Huagang Park Wharf. Move on to Huagang Park ( Fish Viewing at the Flower Pond Park ). The Huagang Park was a private garden of an official in the Southern Song Dynasty about 800 years ago. Now it has been greatly renovated and turned into large park of over 20 hectares.
Then vist Lingyin Temple. Lingyin Temple is a Buddhist temple of the Chan sect nestled in the Flying Peak north-west of Hangzhou. It is one of the largest Buddhist temples in China. The Flying Peak features a large number of grottos and religious rock carvings
After lunch,you are taken to Meijiawu Longjing Tea Plantation to experience the traditional method of making Longjing (Dragon Well) Tea as well drinking, picking, smelling or buying. Hangzhou is famous for its Longjing Tea, one of the best green teas in China.
After the visit in Hangzhou, we will drive to Huangshan and stay overnight there at Tunxi town.
Today you will spend a day and a night on the Yellow Mountains. It takes about one hour from central Huangshan City(Tunxi town) to reach the foot of the Yellow Mountains. Then take the local park bus to Yungu temple and take the cable car there for a ride to the West Sea Scenic Area featuring marvelous precipitous peaks, beautiful giant pine trees and far-reaching vision. Walk to Begin-to-Believe Peak (1668m) to stretch your eyesight over cloud seas to far distance, and then hike about 40 minutes to Dispelling Cloud Pavilion to look down the Dreamland.
Walk down by the stone steps to the bottom of the canyon while enjoying the rising rock peaks and cliffs, bizarre stones and fortitudinous pine trees growing in the crevice on the cliffs. The whole hiking trip lasts for over three hours, covering the 1st ring, 2nd ring, and bottom of the canyon. If time and strength permit, you can further explore the Flying-over Rock and watch the sunset at Bright Top. It takes about 40 minutes to get from Bright Top back to the hotel, stay overnight in North Sea Hotel on the mountain.
Get up early (around 5am to 6am) to enjoy the magnificent Huangshan sunrise . Refreshing Terrance is good place to observe the sunrise, which is only a few minutes’ walking from Beihai Hotel. Weather permits,, you can see clearly the golden light of the sun piercing the mists, and rocky peaks rising above the frothy, ever-changing sea of white clouds.
Continue the wonderful sightseeing on Yellow Mountain of the famous Dawn Pavilion, Stone Monkey Watching the Sea on the Lion Peak (1690m). Then walk along the wooden plank to the cable station, catching a cable car down the mountain,transfer you back to Huangshan City.
After lunch, go for a relaxing stroll on the 900-year-old Tunxi Ancient Street to appreciate authentic old Huizhou-style architectures,afterwards, pay a visit to Hu Kaiwen Ink-stick Factory to find out how ancient Chinese people produce ink sticks, a tradtional material for Chinese painting and writing.

After having breakfast in the hotel, we will drive about 1 hour to Hongcun Village, a charming ancient village with a history of over 900 years. The village will show you the original Hui style architecture (a type of traditional Chinese architecture). Now, a lot of buildings such as old Ming and Qing courtyards are well preserved, shop for souvenirs and country products are scattered in the village. Though it is as samll as 28 hectares only, it is one of the World Heritage for its history, country scenery, and well preserved buildings dating hundreds years back. Finally, we will drive about 3.5 hours back to Hangzhou, and finish the tour at Hangzhou.

Accommodation on Huangshan(yellow Mountain )
To stay at least one night on the mountain is worth doing to gain more time to enjoy the landscape of Huangshan especially the a sunset and sunrise. Only 6 hotels available on the mountain -Yupinglou Hotel and Baiyun Hotel) at the front side of theMountain, and 4 hotels (Beihai Hotel, Xihai Hotel, Shilin Hotel, Paiyunlou Hotel) at the back side. The Xihai Hotel South Building is the only 5-star standard hotel , while Beihai, Shilin, Baiyun are 4-star. We will book Xihai Hotel and Beihai Hotel for our clients. Kindly be aware hotel faciliteies on the mountain are comparatively worse than those in big cities, but the prices are higher as the supply stuff of hotels is carried up to the mountain only by human powers.
Food on the Mountain
Only Chinese dishes of local Hui-style Cuisine are offered by hotels ,such as seasonal vegetables, pork, chicken, beef and fish. No western food provided, but Beihai Hotel and Xihai Hotel can arrange simple western breakfasts, such as breads, jam and coffee.
The best time to visit
Best Time to Visit Huangshan is from March to October ,but try to avoid July August and China National Holiday while many groups of Chinese travel, it can be badly crowded in those days.
Slow down and Wear Comfortable
Much walking is inevitable on the mountain, you are strongly suggested to show your pace and travel light if you are not 100% physically strong. Just bring the items on this recommended packing list with you : comfortable and breathable clothes, hiking shoes, alpenstock, sunblock, raincoat and a small bag
