3 days Leshan Buddha,Mt.Emei and Ya'an Panda Base Tour

After the breakfast in your hotel, we will leave Chengdu for Leshan Giant buddha. It is a ride of 2 hours by the expressway, sightseeing the beautiful rural scene of Chuanxi Plain while driving on the way. The rice fields, vegetable greenhouses, grape garden and tea plants are laid out along the expressway. Reach Leshan Giant Buddha at noon, after having lunch we will visit the Giant Buddha Statue. The project was built in China's Tang Dynasty, for the huge quantities, totally, it took 90 years to complete the Buddha Statue. As tall as 71 meters, the Buddha Statue occupies a whole mountain cliff facing the conjuction point of 3 rivers, hence there is a proverb passed down generation by generation that"the Buddha is a mountain and the mountain is a Buddha"; after the Buddha visit, continue driving to Emeishan and stay overnight there.

After breakfast in the hotel, change to the local pollution free sightseeing bus to Leidongping parking lot(2 hours drivering), then walk about 20 minutes to catch the cable car up to Golden Summit . We'll visit the magnificent statue of Samantabhadra (Puxian Bodhisattva), the Golden palace and the Silver palace, the cloud sea etc.Then,leave for Wannian monastery located in the waist of  Mt.emei, after sightseeing in this temple, we'll walk down to Qingying pavilion, a strip skyline, and monkey mountain along the tranquil path hidden in the forest, enjoying the pleasure of the peaceful coexistence of man and monkey. Take the sightseeing bus and get down to the foot of the mountain, then drive to Yaan city.

Visit the Panda Center in the Bifengxia National Park. After visiting those Pandas, set out to the Shangli Ancient Town. Encircled by a small river, it is a typical Western China ancient town with Chinese architecture style.  Drive back to Chengdu in the afternoon and end the tour.
